Founder and CEO

Atif Chauhdry is the Founder, CEO and President of 365Telecare. He is responsible for the company’s management, corporate operations, business development/marketing and human resources. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry including labor relations and contingency planning/staffing, Atif has significant experience in growing businesses that deliver flexible solutions to clients in crisis or unique situations. He’s led companies through the acquisition process and most recently led a healthcare business to an increase of more than 10,000% in four years. Atif holds a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and B.A. with honors in History from Colgate University.

Chief Clinical Officer

As 365Telecare’s Chief Clinical Officer, Liz Gray oversees all clinical aspects of the care that our teams provide. With more than two decades of nursing experience, Liz’s experience includes positions leading care management and utilization review at a large academic medical center in New York, as well as directing emergency services and hospital quality at a rural community hospital. Her work has included guiding operations in areas of population health management, utilization of medical services and post-acute care utilization, as well as financial management, standards compliance, quality, patient safety, productivity, and efficiency initiatives. Liz has also worked with teams to adapt to reimbursement practices and conversion to Value Based Purchasing quality models, focusing on leading a team vision of patient centered care while ensuring fiscal solvency.
